Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

We will refund your payment, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
